Work planning - preparing and maintaining a Programme plan that identifies and assigns tasks, lists, start and end dates and identifies major milestones

Risk and issue management – identifying, capturing and analysing each potential issue and risk, reporting through governance procedures to support resolution and escalation as required

Quality assurance – monitoring the qualitative progress in addition to detailed progress reporting, planning and budgetary control

Change management – supporting communication activities and stakeholder management associated with the Programme’s objectives

Reporting – managing workstream and project reporting lines and co-ordinating Programme and Steering Group status updates

Establishing programme governance - Cirquent can help define a governance framework that is designed to support the programme with clear roles, responsibilities and reporting lines at each layer. Once designed, Cirquent supports structuring of and training in effective programme governance and management approaches, such as progress reporting, issues and risk management and benefits tracking.
Communicating the need for change – Cirquent works to make a Programme visible within the business. We work with clients to develop an effective communications strategy that will motivate and engage your people by building understanding and commitment. Cirquent will involve your people in assessing the change and will assemble the components into a “marketable” package that will gain acceptance, buy-in and commitment.
