Avaya 'Application Business Partner of the Year' Award marks excellent start to the Cirquent re-brand

Following its recent re-brand, Cirquent (formerly Softlab) has announced its first success in achieving the ‘Application Business Partner of the Year Award’ from its partner, Avaya. This was presented for its contribution to providing a high standard of consultancy and extensive product knowledge, as well as the company’s outstanding performance in integrating Avaya solutions in joint projects.

 

Cirquent combines the brands and competences of the Softlab Group into a unified consulting business. Its activities include first-class consultancy and services throughout the entire value chain.

 

Cirquent and Avaya have worked together since early 2007, primarily on aligning business process with contact centre and customer relationship management technologies and, as part of this, have already successfully implemented a multi-channel contact centre solution for a leading German bank, with three more major projects underway.
