Graduate IT Consultants

The Role
This role requires you to have the capability and willingness to learn and develop within a rapidly expanding Company, where you will have the opportunity to play an important role in our ambitious growth plans.
As part of your training you will gain exposure to all aspects of the development lifecycle including software engineering, business analysis, technical design and testing, as well as presales.
Although your technical ability is an important aspect of this role, of equal importance is your ability to develop strong customer relationships through excellent interpersonal skills and by demonstrating and understanding of business issues.
The role will be based in either our office in London or at Birmingham Business Park in Solihull, West Midlands, however you may be required to travel and work away from home within UK.
The Person
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:
Technical
- Numerate/ Computer Science / IT related degree (Minimum 2:1)
- Strong A level results: 2/3 A's
- Experience of software development
- Understanding of SQL, Windows Operating Systems and C#
- Understanding of development lifecycle and/or project management methodology
- It would be advantageous for you to have a minimum of 12 month relevant IT work experience gained either from an Industrial Placement or since graduating.
