Genesys Consultant
Location: Birmingham Business Park, Nr Solihull
We are looking for an experienced and professional Genesys Consultant to join our busy team. You will be responsible for implementing Genesys solutions primarily for UK clients and also occasionally for overseas operations.
The Role
Your key tasks/responsibilites will include:
- Solution design
- Implementation of Genesys solutions into new and existing clients; enhancements of existing Genesys deployments
- Solution documentation
- 7x24 post implementation support (Tier 2)
- Contribution to sales proposals
Depending upon experience, you may also be given the opportunity to participate in pre-sales and requirements gathering phases.
The Person
You must have:
- Experienced Genesys consultant with hands-on experience of multiple, large scale Genesys projects/deployments
- Broad knowledge of the Genesys product suite (version 7.0 upwards), but specifically Email & Web Media, Genesys Agent Desktop (GAD) and GVP
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem solving skills
- Self confidence, self motivated
- Current UK driving licence, as business travel is a core part of the role
Desired skills/knowledge:
- Development experience in either VB or Java (e.g. softphone)
- Interactive Intelligence Product I3
- Experience of pre-sales and client demonstrations
- Experience of running client workshops
- Knowledge of contact centres
- German language skills would be useful
