With a highly successful career in developing CRM businesses, current MD and former COO Annette Giardina joined Cirquent (then Softlab) with the aim of making it one of the top providers of Microsoft business solutions in the UK. Within 12 months the company was selected for President's Club - an accolade from Microsoft given to the top 5% of partners worldwide - and was included in the top 20 partners in the UK. After successfully establishing the Microsoft business, Annette took over the entire CRM pratice at Cirquent including Pivotal and Siebel solutions into the UK marketplace.

Annette comes to Cirquent with 19 years CRM industry experience gained across Europe and US with domain expertise in Sales Force Automation (SFA), Field Service Management, Contact Centres, Business Intelligence and Marketing. Annette has developed solutions for companies in Life Sciences, Technology, Finance, Public and 3rd sector markets. Annette has worked with leading be-spoke CRM software providers and as a VAR for companies including Siebel and Microsoft. After running a successful Siebel CRM business as both a reseller and system integrator, Annette took responsibility for building a business around Microsoft Dynamics CRM in June 2003 and by January 2005 has grown it to the leading provider of Dynamics CRM in the UK as one of the original Microsoft Dynamics beta partners and subsequently went on to successfully develop Dynamics CRM divisions for two other solution providers.
