Bauer is also the largest consumer magazine publishing company in the UK, playing a primary role in the Woman's Weeklies, Woman's Interest, Woman's Lifestyle, TV Listings, Puzzles, Men's Lifestyle, Music & Film and Specialist magazine markets. Established for over 100 years, Law Debenture provides a wide range of professional and legal services including corporate and pension trusts, agent for services including for special purpose vehicles, structured finance administration and whistleblowing services. Services available worldwide from offices in London, Sunderland, New York, Delaware, Hong Kong and the Channel Islands. Cirquent has successfully implemented an xRM solution for the Service of Process business unit at Law Debenture utilising Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Integration with various 3rd party applications including Microsoft Dynamics GP was achieved by Cirquent using Scribe middleware technology. Cirquent is also responsible for ongoing support of the solution.
Terrence Higgins Trust
Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) is the well-known UK HIV and AIDS charity. Cirquent implemented a Social Care Solution for THT based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The solution handles client contact with THT through its various channels such as the contact centre (THT Direct), drop-in centres and referrals. The solution effectively allows THT employees to assess of a contact's needs, create a care plan, execute the care plan and analyse the success of THT's operations in providing services to clients. Cirquent continues to work with THT in a number of its IT strategy areas and also provides ongoing support of the Social Care Solution.
Horseman
Horseman Capital Management was founded in July 2000 to provide money management expertise to eligible counterparties and professional clients. Cirquent implemented a Wealth Management solution based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM that assists Horseman Capital Management in managing its client relationships and their portfolios, and reporting on the performance of their funds. Cirquent continues to work with Horseman Capital Management by providing ongoing support of its CRM solution.
South West Water
South West Water is part of Pennon Group plc. South West Water provides reliable, efficient and high quality drinking water and waste water services throughout Cornwall and Devon and to small ares of Dorset and Somerset. Cirquent provides South West Water and its partner Accenture with Contact Centre consultancy services enabling continuous improvement to its customer services operation. Cirquent also provides South West Water with ongoing support for its Contact Centre solution.

Tate is a family of four galleries namely Tate Britain, Tate Modern, Tate Liverpool and Tate St. Ives. Tate also has an on-line presence and is responsible for the national collections of British art and of international modern art. Cirquent provides Tate with ongoing support and improvements to its CRM solution and also consultancy services in areas such as integration.
